Meeting Rates This option is for those in need of space for Corporate Events for meetings, workshops, trainings, seminars, or classes. Available 7 days a week (8am - midnight) with access to the following: -Main Room (including tables and office chairs) -Lounge Area -Conference Room -Kitchenette & Bar Counter -Coffee Break Service -Beverage Service (soft drinks & water for hosts) -Bluetooth Compatible Sound System -Standard A/V Equipment -WiFi Price: $250 per hour
Event Rates This option includes Community Events (e.g. networking gatherings, showcasings, non-profits etc.) and Social Events (e.g. birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, etc.) events up to 12 hours. It includes 1 complimentary hour each for set up and 1 complimentary hour for breakdown. It also includes everything within the Meeting Rate package. Community Events: $300 per hour Social Events: $350 per hour
Special Package Rates Special packages includes the following options: Corporate off-site | Price: $750 Pop-Up Marketplace | Price: $800 Podcast Studio | Price: $300 Media Kit (photography/videography) | Price: $150 per hour
VIP Access Pass This option is for multi-day use and customizable to your needs. You will receive unlimited use to our venue during the month. Pass Options: -1 month -3 month -6 month -12 month Available 7 days a week (8am - midnight) with access to everything listed in the Meeting Rate package.
